These are amazing! When I figure out how to make knit covers for shoes, I will let you know…in the mean time must find out which designer made these so I can buy!
Update: Thanks to Franni’s comment I’ve learned they are Louboutin’s – in that case I am definitely going to need to stretch my knitting skills 🙂 If you like the idea of knit shoes, check out how this girl knit her own converse!

Red soles…Christian Louboutin perhaps.
I remember an episode of Knitty Gritty where she showed how to knit a cover on an old pair of boots, I believe. I know I have the pattern somewhere because I thought it was such a cool idea
Ooh cool! Would love to check that out!!
Hi Lauren, the shoes are Louboutin’s; they’re from the Mark Fast SS2011 collection. All the luck in learning to knit them, can’t wait to try for myself too. You can check out more of the collection here: http://thelouboutinblog.com/runway/mark-fast/
Oh wow thanks Franni! Will update my post 🙂 So guess I won’t be buying them, better get knitting! Haha.
